Kenneth J. Miller has been a partner in the firm since 2002. He is a graduate of the University of Florida where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting in 1987 with Honors, and he also obtained his law degree from the University of Florida, with Honors in 1990. In addition to his admission to the Florida Bar, he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Miller was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. He is a native Floridian and a life long resident of Broward County, Florida. After graduating from law school in 1990, he first practiced in West Palm Beach for two years before returning to Broward County, where he has practiced since 1992. Mr. Miller has trial experience in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury. Mr. Miller also has extensive experience in the administrative law area having represented numerous health care professionals whose licenses were under investigation.

Mr. Miller holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating. Mr. Miller has previously been selected as a member of the Strathmore's Who’s Who. Some of Mr. Miller’s professional activities include past membership in the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, he is currently an associate member of the American Association for Justice (formally the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and he is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association. He was recently selected to serve on the Professionalism Committee of the Broward County Bar Association.

Mr. Miller has participated in numerous jury trials, including several medical malpractice jury trials which have lasted in excess of six weeks. Mr. Miller has been an invited speaker to insurance companies, hospitals and healthcare providers over the years on a wide range of healthcare topics.
