Neal C. Falk is one of the managing partners of the firm and has been practicing law since 1995. He is a law school graduate of the University of Miami (Coral Gables, Florida) and holds an undergraduate degree from Union College (Schenectady, New York). In addition to his admission to the Florida Bar, he is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. Following law school, Mr. Falk served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable William M. Hoeveler (Southern District, Miami) and as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable Shelby Highsmith (Southern District, Miami).

Mr. Falk has since developed extensive trial and litigation experience in the fields of general liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Falk has personally argued matters before the First and Third District Courts of Appeal. In addition to his local and appellate courtroom experience, Mr. Falk has been called upon by corporate clients and individuals alike throughout the state to lecture on various legal remedies and litigation strategies available under the law.

Mr. Falk has also devoted his time as an advocate for children with disabilities through his years of service as a member of the board of directors for Easter Seals Broward County, a not-for-profit organization.
