Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm, P.A. is a highly experienced law firm representing individuals and businesses throughout Florida. Our lawyers have well over fifty years of combined experience litigating cases in both the state and federal courts. We are a service-oriented firm that is committed to providing close personal representation to our clients through regular and effective communication and a teamwork approach.

Experience has taught us that to best serve our clients we needed to break from the traditional, rigid structure that most law firms employ when serving clients. To that end, we have implemented a structure that is tailored to ensuring that we meet our clients’ goals in a timely and effective manner. Our team approach provides every client with a case manager and a team assigned to the case. We employ four in-house highly skilled registered nurses who will quickly and efficiently evaluate each client’s case. Over the years, we have developed close working relationships with expert witnesses with extensive resources in virtually every field. As a result of this team approach, our clients can count on personal communication, accountability, and effective representation. In addition, our team approach has allowed us to become leaders in the area of litigating complex, multi-party cases.   

As your legal representative, our attorneys will be aggressive advocates on your behalf, and we will do everything we can to make your experience with the legal process as free from emotional and personal frustration as possible. We regularly travel to meet with clients and their families in hospitals, nursing homes, and in their homes. In addition, we have professional staff members on call who are available to respond quickly to emergency situations.

Our attorneys have years of experience representing clients before judges and juries. We are tough, aggressive, and move cases toward resolution whether through trial, settlement, or alternative resolution.  We thoroughly research, analyze, and prepare each case, and we will not enter a courtroom or a settlement conference unless we know each and every legal, factual, and strategic detail. We understand how to work within the justice system and use its rules and procedures for our clients’ best advantage. Our years of experience and tough-minded advocacy on behalf of our clients frequently enable us to reach a timely and successful resolution with opposing lawyers through negotiation and settlement. But, we will not hesitate to proceed to a jury verdict when it is in the best interest of a client.
