Kenneth J. Miller
Kenneth J. Miller, a partner with the firm, focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury and administrative law. He has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s top “AV” rating for his high professional and ethical standards.
He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors in 1987 and a law degree with honors in 1990.
Mr. Miller is admitted to The Florida Bar (1990). He is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. His professional affiliations include the American and Broward County Bar Associations. He serves on the Professionalism Committee of the Broward County Bar Association and is a former member of the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council. He also has recently been appointed to serve on The Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee.
